Online sales are not yet open. Final delivery arrangements, any delivery charges, payment details and cancellation information must be provided before an order is placed. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Symbolic adoptions
Classic Adoption costs £14.95 for one year and includes an A4 luxury-paper certificate, an alpaca wool sample, a photo of your chosen alpaca and four quarterly email newsletters, presented in a kraft rigid gift box. Luxury Gift Adoption costs £24.95 for one year and includes everything in Classic, with a mounted photo instead of a plain print, a larger bag of alpaca fleece and a free downloadable copy of An Introduction to Alpacas, all presented in a premium kraft magnetic gift box. The included guide is for personal use only and is supplied by emailed download link after payment once checkout is active.
Adoption is symbolic. It does not transfer ownership, responsibility, exclusive rights, or a right to visit the farm. More than one person may symbolically adopt the same alpaca. Any renewal arrangements will be explained before payment; this website does not itself set up renewals.
Delivery times, destinations and any postage charges will be confirmed before ordering. Please contact us about gifts or delivery deadlines rather than assuming a particular arrival date.
Digital guides
Each guide costs £4.95 and is supplied as a PDF for personal use only. It must not be resold, redistributed, uploaded for sharing or used commercially without our written permission. You will need a device that can open PDF files.
After payment, you’ll receive an email with your download link. Online checkout and automated delivery are not yet active. When sales open, delivery timing will be confirmed before you pay. If a download fails or you do not receive the email, contact us with your order details so we can help.
Cancellations, refunds and problems
For most distance purchases, consumers have a 14-day cancellation right. The start of that period and any exceptions depend on what is supplied. Some genuinely personalised goods may be excluded; any applicable exception will be made clear before ordering.
For digital content, the cancellation right is lost once supply begins only if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose that right. We must obtain that agreement before early delivery; it is not assumed simply because you buy a guide.
If goods or digital content are faulty, not as described or not supplied, you retain your legal rights. Please contact us promptly so we can discuss the appropriate remedy. Nothing here removes rights under UK consumer law.
Visits and animal care
Visits are coming soon and cannot currently be booked. Visiting terms and safety information will be provided when visits launch. Guides offer general education, not individual veterinary advice; seek advice from an experienced vet about animal health and treatment.
Questions or complaints
Email us with your order reference and the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. Please do not send payment card details by email.
